Abstract

This rule establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of the biochemical pesticide plant extract derived from Opuntia lindheimeri (prickly pear cactus), Quercus falcata (Red oak), Rhus aromatica (sumac), and Rhizophoria mangle (mangrove) in or on all raw agricultural commodities (RACs), when applied as a nematicide/plant regulator in accordance with good agricultural practices. This exemption was requested by Appropriate Technologies, Limited.
