Abstract

This regulation establishes a time-limited tolerance for residues of the fungicide dimethomorph in or on the food commodity potatoes in connection with EPA's granting of emergency exemptions under section 18 of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act authorizing use of dimethomorph on potatoes in the states of Alabama, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. The tolerance will expire and is revoked on March 15, 1999. DATES: This regulation is effective May 14, 1997. Objections and requests for hearings must be received by EPA on or before July 14, 1997.
