This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of the nematicide, insecticide, and fungicide, carbon disulfide (Chemical Code Number 16401 and CAS Number 75-15-0), in or on the food commodities almond nutmeat, almond hulls, peaches, and plums (fresh prunes) from the application of sodium tetrathiocarbonate (Chemical Code Number 128904 and CAS Number 7345-69-9). DATES: This regulation becomes effective May 16, 1997. Objections and hearing requests must be received on or before July 15, 1997.
