Abstract
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a revision to the State of Oregon Implementation Plan. This revision establishes and requires a source-specific Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions standard for PCC Structurals, Inc., Large Parts Campus, at 4600 SE Harney Drive, Portland, Oregon. This action is being taken under Part D of the Clean Air Act.
