Abstract

EPA is approving the visibility protection chapter for the State of Tennessee submitted to EPA on February 9, 1993, and December 19, 1994, by Tennessee, through the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC). The intended effect of these revisions is to meet the requirements of the Clean Air Act (CAA) for the purpose of assuring visibility protection in mandatory Class I Federal areas.
