Abstract
EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the District of Columbia. This revision amends the District's new source review program including the regulations for the preconstruction permitting new major sources and major modifications in nonattainment areas. This action is being taken under the provisions of the Clean Air Act for the approval of SIP revisions.
