Abstract

EPA is modifying significant new use rules (SNURs) for five substances promulgated under section 5(a)(2) of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) for certain chemical substances based on new data. Based on the data the Agency determined that the SNURs should be modified. DATES: This rule is effective September 8, 1997.
