Abstract
This document approves the Louisiana State Plan for controlling landfill gas emissions from existing municipal solid waste (MSW) landfills. The plan was submitted to fulfill the requirements of the Clean Air Act (the Act). The State Plan establishes emission limits for existing MSW landfills, and provides for the implementation and enforcement of those limits.
