This regulation establishes a tolerance for combined residues of thiodicarb and its metabolite methomyl in or on broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, and leafy vegetables (except Brassica vegetables). The petitioner, Rhone-Poulenc Ag Company, requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA) (Pub. L. 104-170).
