Abstract
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) publishes its decision that a proposed modification to the municipal waste combustor in Dearborn Heights, Michigan, will trigger the applicability of the ``Standards of Performance for Municipal Waste Combustors'' (Part 60, Subpart Eb).
