Abstract

The EPA is announcing approval of three (3) revisions to the State Implementation Plan (SIP) for ozone submitted by the State of New York. These revisions consist of source-specific reasonably available control technology (RACT) determinations for controlling oxides of nitrogen (NO<INF>X</INF>) from these sources in New York. The intended effect of this action is to approve the source-specific RACT determinations made by New York in accordance with State provisions. This action is being taken in accordance with section 110 of the Clean Air Act (the Act).
