This regulation establishes a temporary tolerance for combined residues of the herbicide carfentrazone-ethyl (ethyl-alpha-2-dichloro- 5-[4-(difluoromethyl)-4,5-dihydro-3-methyl-5-oxo-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1- yl]-4-fluorobenzenepropanoate) and its major wheat metabolites in or on corn (fodder, forage, and grain) and wheat (grain, hay, and straw). FMC requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1966 (Pub. L. 104-170).
