Abstract
The EPA is approving the State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision, submitted by the State of Louisiana for the purpose of meeting requirements of the Clean Air Act (the Act), as amended in 1990, with regard to NSR in areas that have not attained the National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS). This approval action was proposed in the Federal Register (FR) on October 6, 1995, and no comments were received on the proposal.
