Abstract

EPA is approving State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions submitted by the State of Maryland on July 12, 1995. The intended effect of this action is to approve these amendments to the Maryland SIP, in accordance with the SIP submittal and revision provisions of the Clean Air Act (the Act). This action is being taken under section 110 of the Act.
