Abstract

This regulation establishes a tolerance for 4-(2,2-difluoro- 1,3-benzodioxol-4-yl)-1H-pyrrole-3-carbonitrile in or on potatoes . The Ciba-Geigy Corporation submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (Pub. L. 104-170) requesting this tolerance. DATES: This regulation is effective October 29, 1997. Objections and requests for hearings must be received by EPA on or before December 29, 1997.
