Abstract
Notice is given that the Administrator of EPA has forwarded to the Secretary of Agriculture a final regulation under section 25(a) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). The rule requires specific precautionary labeling relating to the flammability of total release fogger pesticides. This action is required by FIFRA section 25(a)(2).
