Abstract
This document corrects the preamble to a direct final rule published in the Federal Register of October 14, 1997 regarding the approval of Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) for six major sources of volatile organic compounds (VOC) located in Virginia. The document contains an incorrect annual emission rate and a typographical error.
