This regulation establishes an import tolerance for residues of the fungicide 4,6-dimethyl-N-phenyl-2-pyrimidinamine expressed as pyrimethanil in or on the raw agricultural commodity (RAC) wine grapes at 5.0 ppm. AgrEvo USA Company submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (Pub. L. 104-170) requesting the tolerance.
