Abstract

This action corrects three citations made in a direct final rule published on Monday, September 23, 1996 at (61 FR 49685). The direct final rule approved the State of Texas' revision to the sulfur dioxide (SO<INF>2) SIP revision which became effective on November 22, 1996.
