Abstract

This regulation establishes a time-limited tolerance with an expiration date of November 15, 1999 for residues of the insecticide Spinosad in or on the raw agricultural commodity cottonseed. DowElanco submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (Pub. L. 104-170) requesting the tolerance.
