Abstract
EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Delaware. This revision consists of two control measures to reduce volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions. The intended effect of this action is to approve these two control measures which are creditable towards Delaware's 15 Percent Rate of Progress Plan (RPP). This action is being taken under section 110 of the Clean Air Act.
