This document establishes tolerances for residues of the herbicide clopyralid (3,6-dichloro-2-pyridine-carboxylic acid) in or on the raw agricultural commodities corn, field, fodder; corn, field, forage; corn, field, grain; and corn, field, milling fractions. It also removes time-limited tolerances for residues of clopyralid on the same commodities that expired on December 31, 1996. DowElanco requested these tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of l996 (Pub. L. 104- 170).
