This document extends the effective dates for the established time-limited tolerances for combined residues of the herbicide 2-[1- (ethoxyimino)butyl]-5-[2-(ethylthio)propyl]-3-hydroxy-2-cyclohexen-1- one (also referred to in this document as sethoxydim) and its metabolites in or on various raw agricultural commodities. The Interregional Research Project Number 4 (IR-4) requested these time extensions under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996.
