Abstract
EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This revision establishes and requires reasonably available control technology (RACT) on nine major sources. The intended effect of this action is to approve source-specific plan approvals, operating permits and one compliance permit. This action is being taken under section 110 of the Clean Air Act.
