Abstract
EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This revision establishes and requires volatile organic compounds (VOC) and nitrogen oxides (NO<INF>X) reasonably available control technology (RACT) on four major sources. The intended effect of this action is to approve source-specific operating permits, a plan approval and a compliance permit. This action is being taken under section 110 of the Clean Air Act.
