Abstract

EPA is approving State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions submitted by the State of Vermont on February 4, 1993, August 9, 1993, and August 10, 1994. These SIP revisions establish requirements for certain categories of sources which emit volatile organic compounds. The intended effect of this action is to approve these regulations into the Vermont SIP. This action is being taken in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
