Abstract

This regulation establishes a tolerance for residues of the fungicide, cymoxanil, 2-cyano-N-[(ethylamino)carbonyl]-2-(methoxyimino) acetamide, in or on potatoes. E.I. DuPont de Nemours & Company submitted a petition under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (Pub. L. 104-170) requesting this tolerance.
