Abstract

EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Maryland. This revision pertains to amendments to Maryland's definition of the term major stationary source of volatile organic compounds (VOC). This action is being taken in accordance with the SIP submittal and revision provisions of the Act.
