In 1990, 1991 and 1993, the State of Nevada, Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (NDCNR), requested delegation of authority for the implementation and enforcement of specified New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) and the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAPS). EPA's review of the State of Nevada's laws, rules and regulations showed them to be adequate for the implementation and enforcement of these federal standards, and EPA granted the delegations as requested.
