Abstract
EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This revision establishes and requires control measures at USX's Clairton Coke Works in Clairton, Pennsylvania and enhances the Allegheny County Health Department's (ACHD) episode plan by requiring the USX to develop and maintain a source-specific episode plan subject to ACHD approval.
