The Environmental Protection Agency is issuing this technical amendment to consolidate parts 185 and 186 pesticide tolerance regulations into part 180. This recodification is consistent with the Food Quality Protection Act which places all pesticide tolerances under section 408 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, thus eliminating the distinction between pesticide tolerances for raw and processed foods.
