Abstract
EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Colorado on September 16, 1997. The effect of this action is to approve 1993 periodic carbon monoxide (CO) emission inventories for Colorado Springs, Denver, Fort Collins, and Longmont that were submitted by the Governor, as a revision to the State Implementation Plan (SIP), as required by section 187(a)(5) of the Clean Air Act (CAA), as amended in 1990. This action is being taken under section 110 of the CAA.
