This regulation establishes a tolerance for residues of triasulfuron [3-(6-methoxy-4-methyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)-1-(2-(2- chloroethoxy)phenylsulfonyl)urea] in or on cattle, kidney; goat, kidney; grass, forage; grass, hay; horse, kidney; and sheep, kidney. Novartis Crop Protection, Inc., requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (Pub. L. 104-170).
