Abstract
This document announces the EPA's final decision to list the consumer products, architectural coatings, and automobile refinish coatings categories for regulation in the first group of consumer and commercial product categories for which regulations are mandated under section 183(e) of the Clean Air Act. The final rules for these three categories are published elsewhere in today's Federal Register.
