Abstract

EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Maryland. This revision establishes and requires volatile organic compound (VOC) emission control requirements for sources that store or handle jet fuel. The intended effect of this action is to approve revisions to COMAR 26.11.13 into the Maryland SIP in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
