This regulation establishes a tolerance for residues of cypermethrin (<plus-minus>) alpha-cyano-(3-phenoxyphenyl)methyl (<plus-minus>) cis, trans-3(2,2-dichloroethyenyl)-2,2- dimethylcyclopropane carboxylate in or on the commodity green onion at 6.0 parts per million (ppm). The Interregional Research Project Number 4 (IR-4) requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996.
