Abstract

This rule establishes an exemption from the requirement of a temporary tolerance for residues of the Trichoderma harzianum strain T- 39 in/on strawberry, table grape and wine grape when applied/used as ground or foliar applications in accordance with the provisions of experimental use permit 11678-EUP-1. Makhteshim-Agan of North America, Inc. submitted an amended petition PP 6G4622 to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (Pub. L. 104-170) requesting an exemption from the requirement of a temporary tolerance. This regulation eliminates the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of Trichoderma harzianum strain T-39.
