Abstract

This regulation establishes a permanent tolerance for residues of cyproconazole, (2RS,3RS)-2-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-cyclopropyl-1-(1H- 1,2,4-triazole-1-yl)butan-2-ol in or on coffee, bean, green. Novartis Crop Protection, Inc. requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act (FQPA) of 1996 (Pub. L. 104-170).
