This regulation establishes a tolerance for combined residues of sethoxydim (2-[1-(ethoxyimino]butyl)-5-[2-(ethylthio)propyl]-3- hydroxy-2-cyclohexen-1-one) and its metabolites containing the 2- cyclohexen-1-one moiety(calculated as the herbicide) in or on apricots, cherries (sweet and sour), nectarines, peaches, succulent beans, bean forage, soybeans, grapes, raisins, cilantro, leafy vegetable (except Brassica) crop group, tuberous and corm vegetable subgroup, garden beets, caneberry crop sub group, and globe artichoke. This regulation also deletes the established tolerances for raisin waste, grape pomace, celery, head lettuce, leaf lettuce, spinach, endive(escarole), potato, sweet potato, and raspberry. BASF Corporation and Interregional Research Project Number (IR-4) requested these tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (Pub.
