Abstract

The EPA is announcing approval of four (4) revisions to the State Implementation Plan (SIP) for ozone submitted by the State of New Jersey. These revisions consist of fifteen (15) source-specific reasonably available control technology (RACT) determinations for controlling oxides of nitrogen (NO<INF>X</INF>) from various sources in New Jersey. This direct final rule approves the source-specific RACT determinations that were made by New Jersey in accordance with provisions of its regulation. This action is being taken in accordance with section 110 of the Clean Air Act (the Act).
