Abstract

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving the State Implementation Plan revision submitted by the State of New Jersey for the purpose of meeting the requirement to submit the federal Clean Fuel Fleet program (CFFP) or a substitute program that meets the requirements of the Clean Air Act (Act or CAA). EPA is approving the State's plan for implementing a substitute program to opt out of the federal CFFP.
