Abstract
On July 29, 1996 (61 FR 39334), the Environmental Protection Agency published in the Federal Register a direct final rule concerning the final action to correcting a previous action published on February 29, 1996, that approved and incorporated multiple amendments to Missouri rule 10 CSR 10-6.110 into the State Implementation Plan (SIP), which established an effective date of September 27, 1996. This document corrects the effective date of the rule to February 10, 1998 to be consistent with sections 801 and 808 of the Congressional Review Act (CRA), enacted as part of the Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act, 5 U.S.C. 801 and 808.
