Abstract
The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving the section 111(d) Plan submitted by the Georgia Department of Natural Resources (DNR) for the State of Georgia on January 20, 1998, for implementing and enforcing the Emissions Guidelines (EG) applicable to existing Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Landfills.
