Abstract
The EPA is taking final action to approve the State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions submitted by the state of Missouri to broaden the current visible emissions rule exceptions to include smoke-generating devices. This revision would allow smoke generators to be used for military and other types of training when operated under applicable requirements.
