Abstract
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking final action to approve certain portions of the Missouri construction permits rule as an amendment to the Missouri State Implementation Plan (SIP). These revisions make minor corrections to the ``Construction Permits Required'' rule to increase readability and correct typographical and punctuation errors.
