This regulation establishes time-limited tolerances for the indirect or inadvertent residues of the herbicide, picloram, 4-amino- 3,5,6-trichloropicolinic acid and its potassium salt in or on certain raw agricultural commodities. Dow AgroSciences requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (Pub. L. 104-170).
