Abstract

This regulation establishes a tolerance for residues of the insecticide 1-[(6-chloro-3-pyridinyl)methyl]-N-nitro-2- imidazolidinimine and its metabolites in or on pecans. The Bayer Corporation submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (Pub. L. 104-170) requesting this tolerance.
