Abstract
EPA is approving the 1993 periodic carbon monoxide (CO) emission inventories for Ogden City and Utah County (which includes Provo-Orem) that were submitted by the Governor, as a revision to the State Implementation Plan (SIP), to satisfy certain requirements of section 187(a)(5) of the Clean Air Act (CAA), as amended in 1990. This action is being taken under section 110 of the CAA.
