Abstract

This rule establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of the Beauveria bassiana (ATCC #74040) in or on all food commodities when applied or used as ground and aerial foliar sprays for use only on terrestrial crops. TROY Biosciences, Incorporated, 2620 North 37th Drive, Phoenix, Arizona 85009, submitted an amended petition PP 5F4483 to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (Pub. L. 104-170) requesting the exemption from tolerance. This regulation eliminates the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of Beauveria bassiana (ATCC #74040) in or on all food commodities.
