This regulation establishes a tolerances for residues of sulfosate in or on wheat and pome fruit and increases tolerances in milk. In addition, for cattle, goat, hog, sheep, and horse commodities, this regulation establishes tolerances in liver and meat-by products except liver and increases the tolerance in meat. Zeneca Ag Products requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996.
